Just know that you CAN do it. If you eat natural foods (vegetables and fruits) you can eat almost as much as you like without gaining weight. But most important, don't look at it as a diet. Diets are temporary, and when people go back to their old habits they gain it all back. You have to change your habits, permanently. It may be hard at first, but you will soon be starting to feel so much better. And when you start seeing the results, and others do it too, there is no turning back.

I am a Liverpool-fan, and we are currently struggling with the same things. Barcelona, one of the best clubs in the world, is owned by the fans, and there has been talks about that at LFC too. I hope that could come true one day.

    What a cute baby.
Unfortunately a shortage of sleep comes with it, but luckily it won't last forever.
    Hang in there.

Gas is still dead cheap here in USA.
Try Norway, close to $8 pr.gallon there.

Sure, I do respect your right to your view.
I just consider it more respectful to state those without having to put others down.

I am extremely happy to tell you that modern science has found something that works for everyone in the world:
Eat less and work out more!

There are so many diets out there, that is just a waste of money.
If you are overweight, you are getting more calories in through your mouth than you are burning through activity.
So, you either need to change your diet, start to move around more or both. What people need to understand is that they need to change their way of living. Not just diet for a while, but seriously look at what they are doing and make some tough choices.

It is all up to you, and how much you really want it.
    But you CAN do it!

I have always believed in respecting other peoples views and opinions, especially when they differ from your own. When you ask people who believe differently than yourself to "grow up" you are putting them down and raising yourself up in the process.

I think it is possible to state your view without insulting others, don't you?
